Synopsis

Set in the colorful and raw streets of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the story follows 17-year-old Ali, a bold teen’s quest for identity amid her overprotective single mother’s watchful eye. Follow Ali as she rebels and discovers her musical talent through piano lessons with her insightful mentor, Miss Liza Jane, and ignites a romance with street drummer Knuck. Tensions rise with personal conflicts involving her distant father, Davis. Through victories and struggles, Ali learns to accept her expression, her heritage, and the community that defines her. This universal and heartfelt coming-of-age journey is filled with spirit, love, and music.
